चमोली। पीपलकोटी में विष्णुगाड-पीपलकोटी जल विद्युत परियोजना की निर्माणाधीन टीएचडीसी टनल में 13 अगस्त को हुए हादसे के बाद जारी रेस्क्यू अभियान में बड़ी सफलता मिली है। मंगलवार को सुरंग के भीतर सर्च ऑपरेशन के दौरान लापता दोनों श्रमिकों के शव बरामद कर लिए गए। शवों को जिला चिकित्सालय गोपेश्वर भेजा गया है।

बरामद शवों में एक की पहचान 31 वर्षीय लुकास टोपनो पुत्र बोयसा टोपनो के रूप में हुई है। वह ग्राम सीमरटोली, पोस्ट कामरा, जिला खूंटी, झारखंड के निवासी थे। दूसरे श्रमिक की पहचान की प्रक्रिया जारी है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक, हादसे के समय टनल के भीतर कुल 22 श्रमिक मौजूद थे। इनमें से 12 श्रमिकों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया था, जबकि आठ श्रमिकों की पहले ही मौत हो चुकी थी और दो श्रमिक लापता थे। मंगलवार को दोनों लापता श्रमिकों के शव मिलने के बाद हादसे में मृतकों की संख्या बढ़कर 10 हो गई है।
